The Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme is a Government of Bihar education loan scheme applicable to students pursuing 2-year ITI courses and other technical or higher education programs, subject to prescribed norms.
🎯 Basic Eligibility Requirements:
✅ Bihar Domicile: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Bihar and possess a valid domicile (residential) certificate.
