📅 Examination Calendar – SN ITI, Motihari

The Examination Calendar at SN ITI, Motihari is structured in accordance with the guidelines of the Directorate General of Training (DGT) and the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. It ensures a systematic and transparent evaluation process for all trainees.

The institute follows a well-planned schedule that includes periodic internal assessments, practical evaluations, and final examinations. Internal assessments are conducted at regular intervals to monitor the progress of students and to strengthen their theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Practical examinations are given special importance to evaluate hands-on skills, which are essential for technical trades like Fitter and Electrician.

The annual/semester examinations are conducted as per NCVT norms, and students are required to meet the eligibility criteria, including minimum attendance and completion of practical training, to appear in the final exams. The evaluation process is designed to maintain fairness, accuracy, and consistency in assessing students’ performance.
